In a refreshing departure from traditional client-centric events, KIRA — the world’s largest lab-grown diamond grower — chose to mark its 2nd anniversary by celebrating the true champions of its success: its brokers.

On 16th April 2025, KIRA hosted a first-of-its-kind Broker Meet at the prestigious MCA Banquet, BKC, Mumbai, strategically located close to the Bharat Diamond Bourse (BDB).

Over 200 brokers, who have worked closely with KIRA over the past two years, gathered to celebrate a journey defined by growth, trust, and partnership.

The evening commenced with the launch of KIRA’s new corporate AV, setting the tone for an inspiring night.

Rajesh Lakhani and Shanay Parekh (Founding Partners, KIRA) addressed the audience, sharing key milestones, future vision, and heartfelt gratitude for the role brokers have played in KIRA’s remarkable journey.
Their words were reinforced by industry stalwarts Dinesh Lakhani and Mavji Patel, representing the strong legacy of the Kiran Family — a name synonymous with excellence and leadership in the global diamond trade.

Key themes echoed through the evening included:

* KIRA’s rapid scale-up in just two years.

* A call to champion lab-grown diamonds under the vision of “Har Ghar Hira, Har Ghar Kira.”

* Recognition of brokers as the true backbone of KIRA’s success.

* A reaffirmation of KIRA’s commitment to quality, trust, sustainability, and the announcement of a 250 MW solar expansion, building on its existing 50 MW solar infrastructure.

In a highlight moment, KIRA surprised all attending brokers with the announcement of an exclusive 2% brokerage (up from the standard 1%) — valid for the next two months — as a gesture of appreciation for their continued support.

To recognize exceptional contributions, 21 top brokers were felicitated with Certificates of Excellence and Taj Hotel Gift Vouchers, celebrating their outstanding partnership with KIRA.

The night transitioned into a lively celebration with a live performance by renowned artist Shanay Shah and his band, followed by dinner, drinks, and a vibrant DJ session.

Brokers, management, and team members danced side-by-side — a true reflection of the strong family spirit KIRA has built with its partners.

To conclude the evening, each broker was gifted a personalized laptop bag, a curated KIRA brochure, and chocolates, thoughtfully packed in a branded jute bag — a lasting token of appreciation.
